Craig has owned and managed the PIC Group of Companies (incorporating Dynamic Finance Solutions) since 1993 and as a successful private investor in his own right, comes from a back ground in the insurance, financial planning, and real estate development industries. In his 35 year business career, starting as a salesman with the AMP Society, he spent 13 years developing his skills in relationship management, sales and financial planning in a range of positions from direct sales, sales manager and licensed dealers representative.
In the early 90s he headed up a leading edge software development company dealing with the financial assessment of direct property. This created a natural progression into direct property co-ordination for clients. Craig is now a registered property developer and real estate principal, is a registered owner of a finance broking firm and is the chief executive and majority shareholder of a suite of 5 companies under the banner of the PIC Group of Companies.
Craig’s businesses have stayed at the leading edge of his chosen industries and his skills as a lateral thinking business leader has added the entrepreneurial leadership required in all successful businesses. Craig believes clients don’t change their personalities and has developed an understanding that for people to get ahead they need to understand they need to do strategies that are within their current capabilities and comfort levels.

Danielle has over 10 years’ experience in the Property Investment and Finance Industry after joining the Family business at an early age which saw her gain experience in every part of the organisation. So it is no surprise that her passion for Real Estate and Property Investment stemmed from a very early age and she is now an active Property Investor herself. Danielle’s experience within the organisation includes Property Selection, Client-Builder Liaison, Accounts, Sales & Marketing & Contracts. These days Danielle now acts as General Manager to the PIC Group of Companies which incorporates DFS. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Urban Development (Property Economics) from QUT and a Certificate IV in Financial Services.

Angela’s experience spans overs 24 years within the Finance industry including 10 years in the Mortgage lending and brokering industry. Throughout her career, Angela has taken on the roles of Lending Manager & Personal Banker at ANZ for a period of 21 years. Kathrine has over 4 years’ experience in the banking and finance industry. Investment Loans Investment loans are structured in a specific way that allows you to make the most of your assets! An investment plan is one that works toward building your wealth and securing your financial freedom. For some, the future may seem a long way off, but the time to act is now because the future waits for no one. The housing market is generally a seven to ten year cycle: there are always highs, lows and steady patches.
Due to expensive upfront costs and regulation related hurdles, smaller businesses do not typically have direct access to the debt and equity markets for financing purposes. Therefore, they must rely on financial institutions to meet their financing needs. Commercial Loans are renewable loans used to finance a company’s immediate working capital needs. These can be large or small scale and usually operate short-term.
The variable rate loan offers more features and flexibility than the basic or “no frills” loan, so the rate is usually slightly higher. Fixed rate loans are set at a fixed rate for a specified period – usually one to five years. The advantage of allowing you to organise your finances and repayments without the risk of rising interest rates is offset by the disadvantage of not benefiting from a drop in rates.
A loan with lower repayments for the first six to twelve months is often called a Honeymoon Loan. After the ‘honeymoon’ the loan becomes a standard variable loan and the repayments increase. Make sure that you can meet the higher repayments for the remainder of the loan. You could also be faced with a fee at the end of the honeymoon period to switch to another loan type.
A bridging loan may be necessary to cover the financial gap when buying one property before the existing one is sold. This finance is generally secured against your property as you are utilising the equity in your existing property. Usually, bridging loans are short term and more expensive than other types of loans.
